Return Policy


Our items are made to order, therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. As soon as you purchase your item it is sent to our print provider for production. Please note that if you make an error during the ordering process, such as purchasing the wrong size or color, we may not be able to change the order before it is produced/shipped. 

If your item arrives defective or is damaged in shipping, please email support and send a photo/s that shows the entire item and clearly shows the damage: amanda@mandapandaprojects.com

Manda Panda Projects, LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to shipping carrier issues or due to customers providing incorrect shipping addresses. Once your order leaves our printing facility it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and you will need to file a claim for any lost packages with the carrier directly. 

Digital products such as printables, tutorials or e-books are delivered to you via email immediately after purchase. Absolutely no refunds will be allowed for these items. Please contact us if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase.

Processing & Shipping 

Through this shop, many of the physical products can only be shipped within the continental United States plus Hawaii. Digital (non-shippable) products can be purchased by customers in any country. If you are in Canada or another country and are trying to purchase an item that shows unable to ship, please reach out to us directly to see how we can accommodate you (typically you can pay for shipping separately through Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, Zelle)

Shipping times:

Our items are made and/or packed to order. Please allow time for your order to process (up to one week, plus the time it takes for shipping). These times could be longer during busy holiday seasons. Items from your order may arrive in different packages at different times.

Shipping cost:

Some items have free shipping, and those items will be clearly marked. All other items have a $7 flat rate shipping cost.

Return Policy (Big Pack of Craftkins Subscription)

No refunds or exchanges will be given at any time for any reason. No exceptions.

If you accidentally purchased more than one subscription, please email support. Items are prepared for shipping when the order is placed. We will NOT be able to make a change to your order until the following quarter, depending on how quickly you notify us.


If your item arrives damaged, please take detailed photos and email them to support so we can help resolve the issue: amanda@mandapandaprojects.com

If your item is damaged or defective, you must email support to request a replacement within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

Cancelation Policy (Big Pack of Craftkins)

To cancel quarterly subscription, customer must complete the Cancellation form within 2 business days of billing. Cancellation forms completed less than 2 business days of billing will not take effect until the following billing cycle (Ex. Billing is on Wednesday, form must be completed no later than Monday) This form is also located in the Facebook group in the Welcome Guide. Until notice of cancellation is received by us, and cancellation is finalized, subscription will continue and customer is responsible for paying for said subscription.
